We're opening with a limited initial schedule. We'll be adding more class times as we grow. If you'd like to request a specific time or class, please email hello@craftpilates.com.
All Level is our signature class for every body. Focused on alignment, flow, and functional strength, it’s an invitation to reconnect with your body and sharpen your foundation—whether you’re new to Pilates or refining the basics with fresh attention.
Next Level offers a deeper challenge. With slower pacing, longer holds, and more complex sequences, this class demands focus, control, and full-body integration. It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing it with precision. Each class is crafted with care. You bring the effort—we’ll guide the process.
This welcoming, slower-paced class is designed specifically for first-timers. You’ll get familiar with the Reformer, learn the building blocks of Pilates movement, and work on core strength, alignment, and breath—all in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
A class designed to support your recovery—body and mind—after birth. We focus on rebuilding core strength, reconnecting with breath, improving posture, and gently restoring stability and mobility through mindful movement. This class is open to anyone navigating the postpartum period (whether it's been weeks or months) and welcomes all fitness levels. Expect a calm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace and begin to feel strong from the inside out.
Share your practice and bond with your little one. This gentle reformer class lets you build strength while keeping your baby close. Open to all caregivers, our intimate class size ensures personal attention and a calm environment for both you and baby. (Best for babies up to 6 months old)

Not at all! Our classes welcome all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our smaller class sizes ensure our instructors can provide personalized guidance and modifications tailored to your needs. If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Pilates 101 classes, offered Sundays at 1pm. Or feel free to jump into our All Levels class, which is designed to accommodate all levels, including first-timers.
Grip socks are required for safety on the reformers. We sell them at the studio and have a limited number of clean loaner pairs available if you forget yours. We recommend comfortable clothes that allow free movement and water if you'd like.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time to allow time to get settled on your reformer before class starts. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend coming 10 minutes early so the instructor can help you get oriented with the equipment.
If you anticipate being late, please let us know by emailing hello@craftpilates.com. For everyone's safety and the quality of the class experience, we may not be able to admit clients after 10 minutes past the start time. After this cutoff, our cancellation policy will apply.
We ask for at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows time for waitlisted clients to plan accordingly. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) will result in a charge for the session. We understand that life happens - if you experience an emergency, please email us at hello@craftpilates.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
Our system automatically adds you to class if a spot becomes available, up until 12 hours before the scheduled class time. You'll receive an email or text confirmation when you've been moved from the waitlist into the class. Once added to class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. If your plans change while on a waitlist, please remove yourself from the list so others can have the opportunity to join.
Pilates can be supportive for recovery, but safety comes first. Please let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions before class so they can suggest appropriate modifications. Our instructors are movement specialists but not medical professionals, so we require clients with serious injuries to get clearance from their healthcare provider before joining classes.
