The Craft Pilates app

Effective Date: Oct 1, 2026

The Craft Pilates app lets you see the class schedule, book and cancel classes, see your class credits, and track your attendance milestones. It works with your existing Craft Pilates account in our booking system.

What the app uses

  • Your email address, to sign you in. We email you a one-time 6-digit code; we don't use passwords.
  • Your booking information from our booking system: the classes you're booked into, your class packs and memberships (and how many classes are left), and your attendance history. The app reads this to show it to you, and books or cancels classes when you ask it to.
  • A record of what you do in the app, such as signing in, booking, and cancelling, kept for 90 days so our staff can help if something goes wrong.
  • Information about how the app is working on your phone: how long screens take to load, errors, and when something you tap doesn't respond, with a short list of the screens and buttons you used just before (never anything you type). It's linked to your account when you're signed in, so we can fix problems you run into, and kept for 30 days.
  • Problem reports you send with "Something not working?" in the app: your message, the same short list of what you tapped, and your phone type. Kept for 180 days.
  • If you turn on class reminders in the Craft Pilates app from the App Store or Google Play: your phone's notification address, so we can send you a reminder before each class you book. It's removed when you turn reminders off or sign out. A record of the reminders we sent is kept for 30 days.

The app doesn't collect your location, contacts, photos, or payment details. Buying classes happens on our website, not in the app.

What's stored on your phone

The app remembers that you're signed in (for up to 6 months), which studio you chose, whether you want class reminders, and the last schedule and details it loaded, so it opens quickly. Signing out removes this from your phone.

Emails from the app

The app sends you sign-in codes and a confirmation when you cancel a booking. It doesn't send marketing emails.

Service providers
Arketa, our booking system, where your account, bookings, and purchases live.
Cloudflare, which hosts the app and stores the app's copy of the schedule and booking information, in the United States.
Resend, which sends the app's emails.
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple, which deliver class reminders to your phone, if you turn them on.
Anthropic, whose AI assistant helps our staff look into questions about the app. When staff ask it about your account, it sees the details the app holds about you (as listed above). Those conversations are kept for up to 90 days.
Keeping and deleting your information

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Sign-ins last up to 6 months. The activity record is deleted after 90 days, information about how the app is working and the record of reminders sent after 30 days, and problem reports after 180 days.

You can delete what the app stores about you at any time, including problem reports and staff conversations with the assistant about you: open the You tab and choose Delete my app data. This signs you out on every device. It doesn't delete your Craft Pilates account, bookings, or purchases; to delete those, email us at hello@craftpilates.com.
